Free Websites for Foreclosed Homes

You have raised your FICO score, your credit is squeaky clean, and you have managed to scrounge-up a down payment for a new home in the spiraling economy.

Where do you go now?

Do you go where all of the other people fortunate enough to be in the same position you are go, only to take a number and wait for the opportunities to pass you by, just like they did when the real estate market was booming?

The answer is, no!!

Free Websites for Foreclosed Homes, generally are not free. You need to pay a subscription to get access to these opportunities...and everyone has most likely been there already.

Whenever you go where everyone else goes for opportunities, you do 2 things that kill your chances:

1) You wait for them to get the good offers.

2) You pay a premium.

You need to create your own opportunities, just as a person looking for a new job goes directly to the companies to ask for a job (and not to classifieds), you need to create your own opportunities:

Rather than waste your time, try going right to the source, the banks.

The type of property that you will be looking for is called R.E.O (Real estate Owned) property. Your task now, would be to find the brokers, or agents that handle these for the banks, before they go to the directories where everyone sees them.

Each bank should have an R.E.O branch, here are some for you:

Countrywide REO
Bank of America REO
HSBC REO
IndyMac Bank REO
Ocwen Financial REO
JP Morgan Chase Bank REO
M&T Bank REO
Wells Fargo REO
Washington Mutual REO
American Home Mortgage REO
Wachovia REO
SunTrust REO
Compass Bank REO
Fannie Mae REO
Freddie Mac REO
HUD REO
Citibank REO
Citibank REO
Sallie Mae Financial Services Properties
Beal Bank Commercial REO
National City Mortgage REO
Taylor Bean REO
Downey Savings & Loan REO
US Bank REO

You could always create your own REO website if you want to try to make some extra money.
